Arrival day 

• From 16:00: Arrive Kyah Hotel - 3-17 Brightlands Ave, Blackheath NSW 2785.  (You are welcome to arrive earlier if you wish but guest rooms are available from 16:00.)

• 17:30: Pre-dinner drinks (around fire pit and terrace)

• 18:30: Dinner at Kyah Hotel in the Greenhouse

• After dinner speaker: Rohan Stewart 
  

Morning:

• 07:00: Group Walk (Optional)  

• From 08:00:  Breakfast – Blaq 

   

Evening:

• 17:00 – 18:00: Showers & change for dinner

• 18:00 – 22:00: Dinner at Kyah, dress code: smart casual with a party/celebratory vibe

  • Pre-dinner drinks on the terrace or in the Loft Lounge (weather dependent)

  • Dinner in Blaq  

• All attendees to stay overnight at Kyah 

Morning:

• 07:00: Group Walk (Optional)  

• From 08:30:  Breakfast – Blaq 

   

Afternoon:

• All attendees to depart 15:30.

  • Those travelling to airport to travel by train or coordinated transfer
