When are CPD points issued?

CPD points are issued approximately two hours after you complete a live or recorded webinar.

What should I do if the webinar finished less than two hours ago?

If the webinar finished less than two hours ago, your CPD points should be issued shortly. Please wait up to two hours from when the webinar ended before contacting support.

What should I do if I cannot access training?

If you cannot access training, try troubleshooting. Here is the article on how to troubleshoot.
