We just wrapped up our 6th DUAL Advance Adventure Program!
70 brokers and DUAL staff from Australia and New Zealand gathered for an exhilarating 3-day experience in Sydney and the Blue Mountains. During this time, everyone pushed their limits, embraced new experiences, conquered fears, exchanged valuable insights on insurance and leadership, and forged new connections.
The program kicked off with breakfast at the Sydney office, and a Global Market Trends presentation from Damien. The group then made way to base camp in the beautiful Megalong Valley and spent the 2 days, abseiling, canyoning or bushwalking in the stunning Blue Mountains. What a blast we all had completing these adventure activities and encouraging each other to push beyond our limits.
