When a risk falls outside WebRater, don't stop there.
Our WebRater platform gives brokers access to a range of products and sometimes those risks might trigger a referral.
Through WebRater, you can submit a referral directly to our specialist underwriters for consideration, allowing our underwriting team to assess risks that may fall outside the standard appetite.
How to submit a referral:

1. If a referral is triggered, a pop-upp box will appear notifying of the trigger.

2. Select 'OK' and proceed through the screens until you reach the 'Build a Quote' screen
- Under the 'Referral reason' drop down box at the top of the 'Build a Quote' screen, enter any optional additional information for the client (including submitting documents).
- Click 'Send' to submit your client's referral to DUAL for review.
- The referral will be automatically sent through to DUAL and allocated to a Commercial Underwriter for review.
- The Underwriter will review the referral and be in contact with you.
