DUAL School webinars are hosted online using Zoom, making it easy for brokers to join from anywhere and participate in live training sessions, product updates, industry discussions, and CPD-accredited learning opportunities.
Joining a webinar
Once you have registered for a webinar, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique Zoom joining link and event details.
On the day of the webinar, simply click the link provided in your registration email and follow the prompts to join the session.
Before the webinar
To ensure the best experience, we recommend:
- Signing up to a free Zoom account, we recommend you using your work email address so we can send you your CPD point following the webinar (if appliable)
- Installing the latest version of Zoom on your device.
- Testing your audio and internet connection before the session begins.
- Joining a few minutes early to allow time for any updates or troubleshooting.
- Using a supported browser or the Zoom desktop application for optimal performance.
During the webinar
Our webinars are delivered live by DUAL subject matter experts and may include:
- Product and market updates
- Industry insights
- Training and educational content
- Interactive Q&A sessions
Depending on the webinar format, attendees may have the opportunity to submit questions throughout the session.
Having trouble joining?
If you experience issues accessing the webinar:
- Check that you are using the Zoom link provided in your registration email.
- Ensure Zoom is installed and updated.
- Try joining using Google Chrome if accessing through a web browser.
- Contact your IT team if your organisation restricts access to Zoom.
Accessing webinar recordings
If a recording is available, it will typically be made available through DUAL School following the live session, allowing you to revisit the content or catch up if you were unable to attend.
