My risk referred, what does this mean?

Should a risk trigger a referral, you will be able to continue to answer the underwriting questions. Once you reach the Build Quote screen, you will be prompted to provide additional information to support the insureds application via a free type box (including the option to upload files).

If you wish for the risk to be sent to DUAL for an Underwriter to review, you must click 'send' under 'Referral Reason'. This will automatically send the risk through to DUAL for a local underwriter to review the information and make contact with you to discuss the next step(s).

We may require a completed proposal form and/or CV before we can consider terms.
