How to request a WebRater login

Self-service sign-up:
- Open the WebRater sign-up page: www.dualwebrater2.com.au
- Alternatively, use the general sign-up entry: dualaustralia.com.au/signup
- Enter the requested basic information on the sign-up form. A login will be created after you submit the required details and you will recieve an activation email.
Password reset and login assistance
- If you receive an "Authorization failed" or similar login error:
- Try changing your password. The new password must be completely different from the previous password and must meet the account credential requirements.
- If changing the password does not resolve the issue, support can perform a password reset for you and will notify you by email once it has been completed, email support via: [email protected]

You can obtain a WebRater login by completing the self‑service sign-up form or by requesting a login through the web chatbot (provide name, email and company).
