How do I upload the proposal form?

Do I need a Proposal Form to bind new business in WebRater?

A Proposal Form is not required to bind New Business risks in WebRater.

If you wish, you can upload a Proposal Form at the 'Build Quote' stage via the ‘Contact DUAL’ button.

To upload a Proposal Form or supporting material:

  1. Add a message or any comments.
  2. Click 'Upload PDF'.
  3. Select the Proposal Form or any supporting material.
  4. Click 'Send'.

Alternatively, a WebRater Underwriting Product Summary is automatically generated and included with your quote email and binding documents. This document summarises the client's information and answers entered during the quoting process. Please note: you will not have the option to upload a Proposal Form at the point of binding.
