How do I update the Insureds renewal details?

Update insured information at renewal

To update the insured's information at renewal, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Basic Information screen using the navigation bar at the top of the risk.
  2. Continue through the Coverage and Detailed Information screens, updating any details as needed.

Once all screens are complete, proceed to the Build Quote screen.

When you reach the Build Quote screen, the renewal premium will reflect the updated insured details. If you have any questions about the updated premium, contact your local DUAL underwriter.

Note: Changes can only be made before the policy is bound. If the policy has already been bound, contact your local DUAL underwriter or reach us directly:
