How do I get my Certificate of Currency?

For most policy types, a Certificate of Currency (COC) is automatically issued and emailed to you along with your policy schedule and other policy documents once cover has been bound. If you cannot locate it, follow the steps below.

  1. Check the email containing your policy documentation — the Certificate of Currency is included with all policy documents sent at binding.
  2. If you cannot find the email in your inbox, check your junk or spam folder.
  3. If you still cannot locate the Certificate of Currency, contact your local DUAL underwriter directly or email [email protected] to obtain a copy.
