Earn CPD points through DUAL School webinars

CPD points are an important part of maintaining and enhancing your professional knowledge. At DUAL, we make it easy to earn CPD points through our educational webinar program available via DUAL School.

Whether you attend a webinar live or watch it on demand, you may be eligible to receive CPD points while expanding your industry knowledge and staying up to date with current insurance topics.

Attended a live webinar

Following the webinar, attendees who meet the attendance requirements will receive confirmation of their participation and any applicable CPD accreditation details roughly one hour after the webinar is concluded.

If you attended as part of a group, the registered attendee will receive a CPD points email with a link to the CPD form. Each participant must complete the form individually to receive their CPD points via email. 

Watched an on-demand webinar

Can't make a live session? No problem.

Many DUAL School webinars are available on demand, allowing you to access valuable content at a time that suits your schedule. You can learn at your own pace while still benefiting from the same industry insights and educational material presented during the live session.

Where CPD points are available for on-demand learning, details will be provided within the webinar information, along with any requirements needed to qualify.

Receiving your CPD point

After attending a webinar live or completing an eligible on-demand session, your CPD points or certificate of attendance will be issued in accordance with the webinar requirements.

To ensure you receive your CPD accreditation:

  • Register using your correct contact details.
  • Attend the webinar for the required duration or complete the on-demand viewing requirements.
  • Follow any instructions provided during or after the session.
  • Check your email for confirmation and CPD documentation.
