Do I need the Insured to complete a proposal form for the WebRater?

No, you do not need to have the insured complete a proposal form. At the point of binding, the WebRater will prompt you to confirm that the answers entered are true and correct.

If required, a completed Proposal Form can be uploaded to the WebRater by using the ‘Contact DUAL’ button on the Build Quote screen. Alternatively, a WebRater Underwriting Summary — generated automatically based on the answers entered — is included with the quote email and binding documents.
