How do I request help with a CPD certificate or CPD document?

First, check your DUAL School account to see whether your certificate or document is listed with a link to download the PDF. If you can’t find it, email [email protected] for assistance.

What information should I include in my request?

Please include:

• Your name

• Your email address

• The name of the webinar you watched

• The date you watched it

What happens next?

The DUAL School team will review your request and contact you directly.
