How do you upload a Proposal Form and supporting documentation to the WebRater?

To upload a Proposal Form and supporting documentation to the WebRater, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Build Quote stage in the WebRater.
2. Select the Contact DUAL button.
3. In the free-text box that appears, enter any relevant details about the risk.
4. Attach your Proposal Form and any supporting documents using the file upload option in the free-text box, or by adding attachments directly on the Build Quote screen.
5. Submit your information to send it to the DUAL underwriting team for review.

What happens if a risk triggers a referral?

If a risk triggers a referral, provide the additional information needed to support the insured's application using either of the following options:

• Enter details in the free-text box on the Build Quote screen (file uploads are also supported here).
• Include attachments directly on the Build Quote screen.
