We are pleased to advise that DUAL’s maximum capacity for Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) and Tax Liability Insurance policies has increased to AUD/NZD 50,000,000.

This enhancement reinforces our ongoing commitment to supporting our broker partners and their clients with greater flexibility and the ability to meet the demands of increasingly complex transactions across the APAC region.

With this increased line, we are better positioned to participate in large-scale placements, particularly when combined with our fundamental top-up solution, which allows for additional cover of up to approximately AUD 280,000,000 (based on FX rates as of 1 August 2025).

If you would like to discuss how this increased capacity could support a current or upcoming transaction, please contact the DUAL Transaction Solutions team.W&I
