DUAL Emerge has been created to bring together high performing and high-potential individuals from across the insurance market who demonstrate leadership capability, a commitment to growth and the desire to make a meaningful impact within their organisations and our broader industry. This program is more than a leadership course. It is an opportunity to build lasting networks, gain new perspectives, develop practical leadership capabilities and contribute to a purpose greater than ourselves by supporting the important work of the Black Dog Institute.

 

Delivered in partnership with My Adventure Group, founded by renowned adventurer, motivational speaker, and two-time Guinness World Record holder James Castrission. The team at My Adventure Group are experienced outdoor professionals and supported by premium hospitality staff, ensuring a seamless, high-quality, and truly memorable adventure.
