DUAL Group today announced the next phase of its cyber insurance offering in partnership with KYND, a leading provider of cyber risk management services. The new initiative will initially launch in Australia and New Zealand, with a groupwide roll out to follow.
The new suite of services in Australia and New Zealand will bring two new benefits to brokers and their clients:
- With every quote issued for Cyber Insurance via the WebRater platform, these clients will receive a KYND Signals report, which gives them a clear colour coded profile across 250+ risk factors including ransomware risks and open ports, email security weaknesses, outdated and/or vulnerable services.
- Once cover is in place, clients may have access to KYND ON. This online platform monitors the insured’s profile across multiple risk factors, helping them to understand their cyber risks, and address them before they become issues. Insureds will also receive real-time alerts for new and emerging threats as they arise, including the hosting of phishing and malware, and new vulnerabilities, such as open ports, that could lead to a data breach. By using these expert tools, clients can strengthen their resilience with continuous insights throughout the policy lifetime.
This partnership with KYND is a natural progression of DUAL’s commitment to delivering innovative solutions to their brokers, including the pioneering WebRater platform which enables brokers to quote and bind policies online at any time.
Scott Sayce, Chief Innovation Officer, DUAL Group said: “I am delighted to announce our partnership with KYND, one of the leading service providers in this field.
This new service is a tangible testament to DUAL’s continued commitment to innovate in cyber solutions to benefit our brokers and their clients. Together, we’re empowering the insureds with real-time, actionable insights to navigate today’s complex threat landscape and market volatility.
“DUAL continues to build on its technology-first approach. By integrating KYND’s powerful cyber risk insights directly into the quoting process, means our brokers can offer their clients more informed advice.”
Andy Thomas, CEO and Founder, KYND commented: “DUAL’s global scale, commitment to innovation, and bold vision for the future of cyber make this partnership especially significant for us. We’re proud to be chosen as their trusted cyber risk intelligence partner, and to deliver the insight and tools that help brokers and their clients thrive in a constantly changing digital landscape.
